Warranty

Your jewelry piece is warranted for 6 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers all hardware and wire malfunction/breakage. The warranty does not breakage of beads/stones, changes in appearance due to normal wear or damage due to careless handling. Items being returned that are covered under the warranty will be repaired at no charge – shipping charges do apply.

 If your piece is past the 6 months of original date of purchase or needed repair does not meet warranty qualifications, it may still be sent back for repair – needed repair charges and shipping charges will apply.  Repair cost may be quoted prior to via email : rafterwdesignco@gmail.com

 

Returns

If your purchase just didn’t work out like you had wished, unworn items may be returned within 5 days from delivery date for store credit only. No Refunds.

All items being sent back for return or repair must have a tracking number and packaged in a way to prevent damage during transit. If an item is received for exchange or repair and has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging the customer will be responsible for replacement cost.
