Shipping policy

All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be packaged and shipped. All items are shipped via USPS.

You will receive an email or text with tracking information once your shipping label has been created.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when submitting your order. Once the package leaves our hands and into those of the USPS RWDC is no longer liable for incorrect shipping information, delay in shipping or lost packages. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, there will be an additional shipping charge to reship.

Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office. You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so visit: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/, enter your tracking number and then click the start button under “having an issue related to this tracking number?”
